Reminder Union survey Concentrix
In recent years, CNV has conducted two surveys among employees at Concentrix — mainly on Project Tulp, but also on other projects. The results were disappointing, and we agreed with Concentrix that improvements were needed. Your input is needed, read the newsletter!

Workplace Psychosocial Safety, Reporting & Employment Practices Survey
This survey covers:
- Psychological safety at work
- Reporting misconduct and trust in procedures
- Fairness in evaluation and contract renewal
- Sick leave pressure and reintegration experiences
- HR responsiveness and recruitment promises
All responses are anonymous — I never share names or personal details.
Your feedback is essential to hold the employer accountable and push for a better work environment.
