In recent years, CNV has conducted two surveys among employees at Concentrix — mainly on Project Tulp, but also on other projects. The results were disappointing, and we agreed with Concentrix that improvements were needed. Your input is needed, read the newsletter!

  • Reporting misconduct and trust in procedures
  • Fairness in evaluation and contract renewal
  • Sick leave pressure and reintegration experiences
  • HR responsiveness and recruitment promises

All responses are anonymous — I never share names or personal details.
