De vakbonden FNV en CNV hebben samen met Unilever overeenstemming bereikt over een protocol voor de verkoop van De Vegetarische Slager. Vorige week hebben jullie daar een nieuwsbrief over gehad, met deze nieuwsbrief kan er gestemd worden.

We ask all CNV members who work under The Vegetarian Butcher (DVS) to vote on the protocol agreements. If you are NOT covered by DVS, we ask you NOT to vote. With these protocol agreements, concrete agreements have been made about your pension scheme and additional schemes after splitting off. Your terms of employment from the collective labor agreement are also included in this protocol. By adding an opt-out, you get the choice at the time of sale whether you want to fully follow the protocol, or whether you want to fall back on the Unilever collective labor agreement. So you now vote on the content of this protocol and whether you want to have this choice in due course. You do NOT vote on whether you want to make use of the opt-out, so you do that at the time of actual sale to Vivera.
The trade unions FNV and CNV, together with Unilever, have reached agreement on a protocol for the sale of The Vegetarian Butcher. You can read more about it in the last newsletter. With this current newletter you can give your vote.
