As a company

CNV Internationaal works closely with companies that wish to make their international supply chains more sustainable and comply with the requirements for Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD).

Fair Impact Programme

Through the Fair Impact Programme, we support companies in identifying labour risks, improving working conditions and strengthening social dialogue in sectors such as textiles, agriculture, metals and mining.

This programme offers practical guidance on monitoring risks, implementing improvement measures and demonstrating impact, in line with guidelines such as OECD standards and the new European legislation.

Fair Work Monitor

A key component of our approach is the Fair Work Monitor: a data-driven tool that provides companies with insight into the actual situation on the shop floor. The Monitor highlights issues relating to safety, pay, working hours and freedom of association, enabling companies to take targeted steps to improve conditions. In this way, they not only contribute to better working conditions, but also help build stronger and more resilient supply chains.

CNV Internationaal is also active in various international partnerships for responsible business conduct in sectors such as renewable energy, textiles and metals. Within these corporate social responsibility (CSR) agreements, we bring together companies, industry organisations, trade unions and governments to achieve shared goals. Thanks to our close collaboration with local trade unions in Africa, Asia and Latin America, companies can rely on up-to-date risk information and trusted partners on the ground.
