With 253 participants, the turnout was fantastic! Workers from all major companies supplying manpower to ESTEC took part.
The results send a clear message
- 93% support the idea of a collective labour agreement (cao)
- 6% are unsure
- 1% are opposed
This is a great outcome and provides a strong foundation for us to continue working on improving conditions for everyone at ESTEC.

The survey results have already been discussed with the CNV-committee of active members, and we are now moving forward with developing the idea of a cao. In the coming period, we will reach out to those who indicated they want to contribute ideas and help, so you can stay involved in the next steps.
