De uitkomst van de Ampleon survey is aan jullie bekend gemaakt. De vraagstelling was sturend en de samenvattende scores onnavolgbaar; statistisch gezien bepaald niet overtuigend. Kortom, wij denken dat er per saldo geen draagvlak is voor de ideeën van het Ampleon management en dat zij nu problemen hebben met het duidelijk communiceren daarvan.
Daarnaast heeft het CNV maandag 13 oktober middels een brief aan de CEO laten weten dat de bemensing van de Ampleon cao delegatie moet worden aangepast ten behoeve van de gewenste voortgang in het proces en met als doel om op constructieve wijze tot een nieuwe cao te komen. Hierop is tot op heden nog geen reactie gekomen.
Wij rekenen erop dat een andere Ampleon cao delegatie zal leiden tot meer respect voor elkaars standpunten en meer aandacht voor duurzame arbeidsverhoudingen die recht doen aan de prestaties van álle werknemers bij het bedrijf.
Wij kijken uit naar het vervolg van dit cao overleg zodat we snel verder kunnen met het realiseren van de noodzakelijke loonsverhoging.

On Monday, October 13th, CNV informed Ampleon management of the outcome of the CNV Members' Council meeting on Tuesday, October 7th: CNV members voted almost unanimously in favor of the CNV proposal and against the Ampleon proposal!
The results of the Ampleon survey have been announced. The questions were biased and the summary scores were incomprehensible; statistically speaking, they are certainly not convincing. In short, we believe that, on balance, there is no support for Ampleon management's ideas and that they are now having difficulty communicating them clearly.
In addition, the CNV sent a letter to the CEO on Monday, October 13th, stating that the staffing of the Ampleon collective labor agreement delegation needs to be adjusted to facilitate the desired progress in the process and with the aim of constructively reaching a new collective labor agreement. No response has been received to date.
We trust that another Ampleon collective bargaining agreement delegation will lead to greater respect for each other's positions and greater focus on sustainable employment relationships that reflect the performance of all employees at the company.
We look forward to the continuation of these collective bargaining negotiations so that we can quickly move forward with achieving the necessary wage increase.
