Wij willen terug naar de onderhandelingstafel. Niet om zomaar verder te praten, maar om afspraken te maken over een eerlijke en toekomstbestendige cao voor alle medewerkers van ABN AMRO. Daarvoor moet ABN AMRO in beweging komen. En dat begint bij ons.
Daarvoor hebben we jou nodig
Misschien ben je niet gewend om actie te voeren. Je hoeft niet vooraan te staan of meteen aan een grote actie mee te doen. Maar blijf niet aan de zijlijn staan. Iedere bijdrage telt!
De gezamenlijke vakbonden organiseren de komende weken verschillende ludieke en zichtbare acties. Meedoen is eenvoudig en kost weinig tijd. Hang een poster op, gebruik de tijdelijke profielfoto of stuur de rode kaart. Als veel collega’s een kleine stap zetten, maken we samen een groot verschil.
Doe mee op een manier die bij jou past, vraag je collega’s om aan te sluiten en help ons ABN AMRO weer in beweging te krijgen!
Actie 1: maak de actie overal zichtbaar
Houd je brievenbus in de gaten, want binnenkort ontvang je thuis een actiepakket met posters en rode kaarten. Laat de posters en rode kaarten achter op plekken waar veel collega’s langskomen, zoals het toilet, de koffiecorner, het mededelingenbord, bij de lift of in de parkeergarage. Hoe vaker collega’s onze boodschap tegenkomen, hoe sterker ons gezamenlijke signaal: het is tijd om de cao-onderhandelingen weer in beweging te krijgen.
Ben je verhuisd of verblijf je tijdelijk op een ander adres? Controleer dan je adresgegevens en wijzig deze zo snel mogelijk in het CNV-ledenportaal. Zo weet je zeker dat het actiepakket op het juiste adres aankomt.
Actie 2: laat jouw gebroken ABN AMRO-hart zien
Bij deze oproep ontvang je ook een screensaver en een tijdelijke profielfoto met jouw gebroken ABN AMRO-hart.
Installeer de screensaver op je laptop en desktop en gebruik de afbeelding tijdelijk als profielfoto. Zo wordt onze actie zichtbaar op de digitale werkvloer, tijdens online overleggen en in het dagelijkse contact met collega’s.
Download de afbeeldingen, stel ze direct in en vraag ook je collega’s om mee te doen. Laat zien dat het tijd is om de breuk te herstellen en weer serieus met elkaar in gesprek te gaan over een goede cao.
Actie 3: geef het management massaal de rode kaart
Deze derde actie kan misschien wel de meeste impact hebben. Maar alleen als zoveel mogelijk collega’s meedoen.
Bij deze oproep vind je een afbeelding van een rode kaart voor het management van ABN AMRO.

- Verstuur de e-mail en breng vier collega’s in beweging.
Stuur de afbeelding door naar vier collega’s en vraag hen om precies hetzelfde te doen. Nodig vooral ook collega’s uit die nog geen vakbondslid zijn. Dit is hét moment om mee te doen én lid te worden. Hoe meer collega’s zich aansluiten, hoe sterker we samen staan!

Jouw actie doet ertoe. Jouw deelname kan ook een collega over de streep trekken.
Dus wacht niet af en:
- Pak het actiepakket uit en maak onze boodschap overal zichtbaar.
- Laat jouw gebroken ABN AMRO-hart zien.
- Stuur de rode kaart naar de ExBo-leden.
- Vraag vier collega’s om ook mee te doen.
Als iedereen een eerste stap doet, kan ABN AMRO niet langer om onze boodschap heen.

Call to action: ABN AMRO collective labor agreement (CAO)
If we do nothing, everything will remain at a stillstand. It's time to take action!
Collective labor agreement negotiations at ABN AMRO have come to a complete halt. There are currently no discussions taking place regarding a new agreement. Simply waiting around won’t get us anywhere. Only by standing together can we make it clear that employees deserve a strong collective labor agreement! We want to return to the negotiating table, not just to keep talking, but to reach an agreement on a fair, future-proof collective labor agreement for all ABN AMRO employees. To achieve this, ABN AMRO needs to take action. And that starts with us.
We need you
Perhaps you aren’t used to taking part in collective action. You don’t have to be at the forefront or jump straight into a major protest, but please don’t stay on the sidelines. Every contribution counts!
In the coming weeks, the joint trade unions will be organizing a variety of creative and visible actions. Participating is easy and doesn’t take much time. Put up a poster, use our special campaign profile picture, or send a “red card.” If many colleagues take a small step, together we can make a big difference.
Get involved in a way that suits you, invite your colleagues to join in, and help us get things moving again at ABN AMRO!
Action 1: Make the campaign visible everywhere
Keep an eye on your mailbox. You will soon receive an action kit at home containing posters and red cards.
Place these posters and red cards in areas where many colleagues pass by, such as restrooms, coffee corners, notice boards, near elevators, or in the parking garage. The more often colleagues encounter our message, the stronger our collective signal becomes: it is time to get the collective labor agreement (CAO) negotiations moving again.
Have you moved, or are you staying at a different address temporarily? Please check your address details and update them as soon as possible in the CNV member portal. This ensures that your campaign materials reach the correct address.
Action 2: Show your “broken ABN AMRO heart”
Included with this message, you will find a screensaver and an image to use as a temporary profile picture, both featuring a “broken ABN AMRO heart.”
Install the screensaver on your laptop or desktop, and use the image as your profile picture for the time being. This will make our campaign visible across the digital workplace, during online meetings and in your daily interactions with colleagues.
Download the images, set them up right away, and encourage your colleagues to join in. Show that it is time to mend the rift and return to serious, constructive dialogue regarding a fair collective labor agreement.
Action 3: Give management a “red card”, en masse
This third action could potentially have the greatest impact, but only if as many colleagues as possible take part. Attached to this message, you will find an image of a “red card” addressed to ABN AMRO management.

- Send the email and get four colleagues involved.
Forward the image to four colleagues and ask them to do exactly the same. This can certainly include colleagues who are not members of a trade union. Is your colleague not a union member yet? Now is the time to join the union and stand stronger together!
